HZZG Delivers Custom-Made 1.5-Ton Lithium-ion Battery Forklift to Customer; 2×3m Mast Meets High-Level Operation Needs in Narrow Aisles
Recently, HZZG completed the custom design and delivery of a 1.5-ton lithium-ion battery forklift to meet the warehousing operation needs of an overseas customer. This equipment, with its pure electric drive as its core and compact mast design, is suitable for efficient operation in confined spaces such as narrow aisles and low headroom.
This customized model comes standard with a 2×3m two-stage mast. When not lifted, the overall height of the forklift is well controlled, facilitating access to containers and low warehouse doors. Even when lifted to 3 meters, it maintains good lateral stability, meeting the needs of high-level palletizing and picking. The lithium battery system supports fast charging and long operating time, adapting to continuous multi-shift operations.
The customer stated that the forklift’s mast dimensions and lifting capacity are precisely matched to their existing racking system and aisle width, significantly improving space utilization and turnover efficiency without modifying the warehouse structure.
HZZG offers customized services for diesel forklifts, electric forklifts, and off-road forklifts ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons, supporting adjustments to parameters such as mast height, attachments, and battery capacity as needed.
