We were honored to host a potential partner from Germany for a one-day in-depth visit and business exchange at our forklift production base. This visit aimed to provide the client with a comprehensive understanding of our product development capabilities, manufacturing processes, quality control system, and after-sales service capabilities through on-site inspection.
The client first toured our modern final assembly line. The scientific layout and clear processes of the production line, along with the automated welding robots, high-precision assembly benches, and rigorous self-inspection and mutual inspection processes at each workstation, left a deep impression on the client. The client particularly observed the assembly process of key components such as masts and axles, expressing high appreciation for the high-strength steel, precision bearings, and advanced hydraulic pipeline sealing technology we use.
Subsequently, the client visited our spare parts warehouse. The warehouse utilizes an intelligent warehouse management system, with clear zoning, labeling, and a clean environment. The client carefully inspected the inventory of core components, including motors, electronic controls, and hydraulic pumps and valves, and inquired about supplier qualifications and the quality traceability system. We provided a detailed introduction to our strategic partnerships with globally renowned brands, our strict incoming quality inspection standards, and our efficient and flexible spare parts supply network, ensuring product reliability and timely after-sales response. The client stated, “Transparency and reliability of the supply chain are crucial cornerstones of long-term cooperation; your system inspires confidence.”
Following this, we arranged a test drive of the forklift the client had requested. The client personally experienced our latest electric forklift and discussed their requirements with our forklift engineers. The client requested that the electric forklift have a remote control system, an electronic scale, and an adjustable side shifter, all of which we were able to meet. The client was very satisfied.
We are confident that this visit will serve as a starting point for establishing a solid and mutually beneficial strategic partnership with this high-quality German client, and will act as a benchmark to further expand into the high-end European market.
