A delegation of important Malaysian customers made a special trip across the border to conduct an on-site inspection of our loader and forklift production facility and product showroom. This visit not only demonstrates strong recognition of our product strength but also lays a solid foundation for our initial collaboration and further expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
At the outset of their visit, accompanied by technical engineers and sales representatives, the customers first visited the core loader and forklift production workshops. They were deeply impressed by the modern, intelligent production lines, meticulous quality control procedures, and the professional and rigorous workmanship of the workers. They carefully observed the entire product process, from component processing, assembly and commissioning to finished product testing, focusing on key performance indicators such as the loader’s powertrain stability and the forklift’s load capacity and maneuverability. During key production stages, technical engineers provided detailed explanations of the advanced technologies used in our products, such as the energy-efficient engine and intelligent hydraulic control system, and demonstrated the equipment’s operating procedures and safety mechanisms. The customers frequently stopped to ask questions and personally experienced the vehicles themselves, highly commending the product’s craftsmanship and performance advantages.
The customer delegation then moved to the product showroom, where a variety of loaders and forklifts were on display. Based on the local industry development needs of the Malaysian customer, our sales representative recommended several highly compatible products and demonstrated the various performance characteristics of the machines through actual vehicle operation. The customer engaged in in-depth discussions with us on key cooperation issues such as product configuration, after-sales service, and delivery time. We addressed their concerns one by one, further strengthening their confidence in the partnership.
The customer stated that they had come to China specifically for HZZG. Through this on-site visit, they wanted to fully appreciate our production capabilities, technological advantages, and commitment to cooperation. They expressed their anticipation for this first collaboration and expressed their intention to sign a cooperation agreement in the near future.
