We have been cooperating with Brazilian dealers in the forklift business for almost 3 years, and we have been steadily purchasing dozens of forklifts every month. This business visit to Brazilian dealers has been fruitful and will play a vital role in the development of our future market strategy.

First, the dealer took us to visit his warehouse, which was just built this year, where dozens of forklifts were placed to be delivered. We had in-depth exchanges with the dealer’s after-sales department and carefully recorded the feedback from the after-sales department that the products needed to be upgraded. After that, the dealer took us to the office, and face-to-face communication deepened our understanding of the local market. Through in-depth exchanges with dealers, we learned about consumers’ specific preferences, purchasing habits and competitive landscape. For example, they emphasized that price sensitivity is higher in some regions, and after-sales service is crucial to customer retention. This information will help us adjust our product positioning and marketing strategy.

Secondly, this inspection strengthened our cooperative relationship with dealers. We reviewed the performance since the cooperation, discussed the existing problems, and reached a consensus on future cooperation plans. We also reported to customers what new models of forklifts our HZZG will launch this year and the future deployment of the Brazilian market. This gave dealers a clearer idea of how to explore the market in the future. And, after witnessing our commitment to quality and support, dealers have more confidence in our products.

In addition, we also gained valuable insights into local business culture and practices. Understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships and building trust in the Brazilian business community will help us communicate and cooperate more effectively in the future. We also explored potential new business opportunities, such as expanding into neighboring markets with the help of the dealer network.

In our spare time, the dealer also took us to taste delicious and authentic local BBQ and seafood dinners. We were more like a team and got along very well.

All in all, this trip was fruitful. The knowledge and connections gained will lay a solid foundation for our continued growth in the Brazilian market. We look forward to turning these gains into tangible results through follow-up actions. Future cooperation will also be a two-way deep cultivation – we will shine in our respective areas of expertise, and work together to explore unknown tracks, so that the power of 1+1 will far exceed imagination.
