The warm sun bathed every inch of the factory grounds, and also welcomed a group of dear friends from afar – a delegation of Brazilian distributors. Crossing oceans, they entered our factory with enthusiasm for cooperation and expectations for the future.
Our Brazilian distributor, along with the head of our China office, visits our factory every year.
First, we take them to the forklift factory, where they review the existing order book and discuss potential forklift upgrades with the forklift department manager and technicians. We photograph the existing order book and the forklift production line for future promotion in Brazil.
Afterward, the clients visit the loader and spare parts production lines to prepare for new orders next year.
Next, it’s “Tea Time” between the clients and the company’s management. The Brazilian distributor shares the latest trends in the local market: as the Brazilian economy gradually recovers, consumer demand for high-quality, cost-effective products continues to rise, while also placing higher demands on after-sales service response times. “Currently, customers in southern Brazil have expressed a desire to shorten after-sales service cycles. They also showed the factory owner their newly built large warehouse, which facilitates the storage of large inventories, and provided information on local sales in Brazil. The factory’s department heads responded to each of the distributor’s requests. During the business planning discussion, both parties reviewed past collaborations and jointly formulated cooperation goals for the following year. The customer also provided feedback on the current state of the Brazilian market and discussed customizing products to meet the needs of local Brazilian consumers.
In short, the communication was very pleasant. The meeting concluded after dinner.
Every gathering is a step towards a better future.
